mom’s salad dressing.

This is the best salad dressing. That needs to be said up front.

My mom used to make this for birthdays & dinner parties, and it amazes me in retrospect that I was ever excited to eat salad as a little girl.

Friends consistently ask for this recipe and are pleasantly surprised when they discover that such an unusually delicious salad is also fairly simple. Enjoy! lv, molly
