veggie thanksgiving.

T-giving is happening soon, I hear. I am the sole vegetarian in a family of carnivores, so I’d like to make something that I can eat as a main course that others might enjoy as a side dish. (I can’t convince myself that Tofurkey is okay. It’s just… not.) Thanks to Whole Foods, Food & Wine, and Gourmet, I’ve gathered some recipes that may even entice the most fervent carnivore.
