I can’t wait until I have a free minute to make a charlotte. I think it’s one of the most elegant, delicate desserts. This recipe calls for fresh raspberries, which will be in season in no time.

Charlottes are French cakes filled with mousse, usually vanilla, and topped with fresh fruit. I’d like to eat this outside with friends, champagne flutes in hand. xo, m
