butternut squash ravioli with sage brown butter.

Hello from my new laptop! It’s so nice to be able to sit at a coffee shop and type away. Before, I had a desktop that rarely ran without programs crashing, so this is a really nice change. It feels fancy to use a computer… that works.

Recently I’ve been pretty obsessed with Trader Joe’s butternut squash ravioli. This dish feels indulgent, and it takes about 10 minutes to prepare. A great weeknight dish served with steamed vegetables or a simple green salad. lv, molly

Butternut Squash Ravioli with Sage Brown Butter

Serves 3-4

1 package butternut squash ravioli (or homemade… in which case, go here)
5 Tbl salted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 fresh or dried sage leaves, chopped finely

Cook ravioli according to package directions. Meanwhile, saute garlic and sage in butter. Cook on medium-low heat until butter is browned but not burnt. When ravioli is done, add to sauce pan; stir until coated; and serve. Voila!
