  1. Squash is something I want to cook with more. I, shamefully, have only cooked spaghetti squash. I also, shamefully, have never made my own veggie burgers! I have no excuses.

    • I totally recommend roasting acorn squash and filling it with a grain of some sort. It’s really, really tasty and super easy!
