Sometimes we know we are destined for something great.
Others, we stumble upon a genius recipe and are destined to make an amazing weekend brunch that features a giant apple pancake in a cast iron skillet. I just saw this on The Kitchn, and I’ve decided it’s the first breakfast I need to cook in our new home. Done & done.
